BOOKING TERMS

• All above rates are valid Until 31 March 2021
• Rates are valid for :
  Signature Villa Rate for two (2) adults per villa
  Two Bedroom Villa Rate for four (4) adults per villa
• Rates are subject to prevailing 21% government tax and service charges (unless stated otherwise)
• All rates can change without prior notice
• Minimum 2 nights Stay
• Preferred Long Stay rental, Weekly, Monthly, Yearly

SEASONS

SURCHARGES

During peak seasons:

• All villa types ( Signature Villa, Two Bedroom Villa) surcharge will be IDR 500.000,- per night per villa

CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT

• Check in time is 14:00, check out time is 12:00
• No Reception Available
• Professional Private Butler are available based on the Request with additional charge IDR 150.000,-/Day/8hours
• Early check in and late checkout is subject to availability
• Day use or late check out until 17:00 will be charged 50% of one night rate.
  Later than 17:00 will be charged of 100% of one night rate.
  In order to guarantee the availability of a villa for late check out, the villa must be reserved prior guests arrival.

BOOKING PROCEDURES

• Booking can be made through the reservation booking engine available in this website or by contacting Kampoeng Villa Reservation Department. Confirmation including any revisions and/or modifications will be sent in writing by fax or e-mail.
• When making reservation directly Kampoeng Villa Reservation Department, please specify your name, total number of people, check in and checkout dates and other request if any.

CHILD POLICY AND EXTRA PERSON

• Children 0 – 6 years old may sharing the existing bed with their parents and received free breakfast.
• Children between 7-12 years old will be charged USD 30 ++/person/night for extra bed. The extra bed will be positioned in the living room at first floor. For more convenience, the family is best to book Two Bedroom Villas instead.
• Children above 12 years old are regarded as extra persons. USD 65 ++/person/night will be charged for extra bed. The extra bed will be positioned in the living room at first floor.
• Extra bed is upon request, subject to availability and allowed only 1 (one) in each villa
• Baby cot for is upon request, subject to availability and allowed only 1 (one) in each room with additional charge

PAYMENT

• In order to secure booking, payment need to be received in full payment
• Payment can be made by credit cards (Visa, MasterCard)
• Credit card payments are subject to Indonesian banking regulations, which specify that all transactions are made in Indonesian Rupiah at the current exchange rate. The exchange rate may vary depend on the date of the transaction is made. This may result in a considerably difference between the original rate quoted and the amount charged to the credit card.
• Kampoeng Villa should receive the full amount of the transfer during Bank Transfer payment method is used. Any bank charges should be the responsibility of the clients

CANCELLATION

• Any cancellation received within 14 days (for regular season) and 21 days (for peak season) prior to arrival is subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to one (1) night charge or as advised for promotional and group rates.
• Any cancellation received within 7 days (for low season) and 14 days (for high season) prior to arrival is subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the entire booking/number of nights reserved or as advised for promotional and group rates.
• Cancellation within 24 hours prior to arrival, no show and early departure are subject to 100% of the entire booking/number of nights reserved

LIABILITIES

Kampoeng Villa is exonerated from all responsibilities in case of non respect, total or partial of this term and conditions arising from any unforeseen circumstances, third party liability, or circumstances beyond its control such as: accidental damage, catastrophes, partial or total strike and all governmental measures which would make it impossible for the Kampoeng Villa to carry out the terms and conditions partly or fully

LITIGATION

Any disagreement concerning the interpretation or application of the present terms and conditions which cannot be settled out of court by both parties, will be submitted to the competent court of Law
